Assistant Business Manager - Sourcing L1

The APC Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing agency partners and advisors to drive Life Insurance business. This role requires excellent networking ability, advisor development skills, and a strong focus on business acquisition and channel productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard quality advisors and agency partners.
• Build and manage a sustainable agency distribution network.
• Drive business through advisor recruitment, activation, and development.
• Provide continuous coaching, training, and support to advisors.
• Conduct sales meetings, field activities, and customer engagement programs.
• Ensure achievement of branch and channel business objectives.
• Develop local market intelligence and identify new growth opportunities.
• Strengthen advisor productivity and overall business performance.
• Support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy closures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
