Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Brand Manager. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and passionate about building and scaling consumer brands in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including promotions, digital marketing, advertising, and on-ground activations.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand assets and communication.
Partner with product development teams for new product launches. Business Category Management
Analyze market trends, consumer demographics, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to develop actionable insights.
Monitor brand performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments. Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the Category Head. Sales Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with pan-India sales teams for product launches, placements, and performance tracking.
Support execution across regions (travel involved).
Prepare and present brand performance reports to management and key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
Undergraduate or Graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions with relevant experience.
1-2 years of experience as Assistant Brand Manager preferably in FMCG company
Strong MS Excel skills and business presentation capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Willingness to travel and collaborate cross-functionally.
Passion for brand building and driving measurable growth.
