The role What you'll be responsible for Lead equity, activations and innovations for the snacking portfolio in the India business Develop and execute category strategy for entry into new spaces Craft the marketing mix across all 6Ps – Product, Packaging, Proposition, Price, Promotion and Place
We're looking for someone who MBA from a Tier 1 Business School Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience with at least 2 years each in sales and marketing. Strong Project Management skills. Experience in a leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects. Understands customers and shoppers. Has an experience in the development and launch of consumer and shopper-relevant innovations and relaunches. The candidate should display a very high Bias for action, a global mindset, consumer centricity & project management skills.
