Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee gold loan processing, including appraisal, documentation, and disbursement.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling insurance products.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and retention.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably in a leadership role).
  
• Strong knowledge of gold appraising techniques and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
