Assistant Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer service.
• Oversee branch sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and fairly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years' experience in retail banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of retail liabilities, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.
• Excellent branch handling skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
