Assistant Branch Manager Operation

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee collections, complaint management, and retention efforts to minimize delinquencies and improve overall financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales growth, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years' experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on branch operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, compliance regulations, and risk management practices.
• Proven track record in managing teams to achieve targets related to collections, customer satisfaction, and retention.
