About the Role:

Kissht Finance is hiring Assistant Branch Managers for its Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Maharashtra. You will support the Branch Manager in running the branch, get new LAP customers, work with DSAs and connectors, and help the team meet monthly sales targets. This position is on third-party payroll.

What You will Do:

• Get new LAP customers and meet monthly sales targets
• Build and manage a good network of DSAs and connectors
• Support the Branch Manager in handling the branch team
• Visit customers, partners and the local market regularly
• Follow up on each file from login till loan disbursement
• Work with credit and legal teams for documents and property checks
• Share daily and monthly reports with your manager

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in LAP or secured loan sales
• Strong network of DSAs and connectors
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Can meet sales targets
• Comfortable with regular field work
• Good communication in English and the local language

Qualification: HSC OR Graduate in any stream

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
