Role & responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
• Refill coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Serve guests politely and efficiently.
• Follow beverage recipes and quality standards.
• Minimise wastage and monitor stock levels.
• Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
