Assistant Accounts Receivable Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls, denials, and follow-ups to ensure timely payment from patients.
• Lead a team of AR callers to achieve daily targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Handle patient queries related to billing, insurance claims, and payment plans.
• Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements to reduce write-offs.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in hospital administration or medical billing industry.
• Strong knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
