Assistant Accounts Receivable Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including AR billing, cash applications, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders from receipt to cash application.
• Perform daily journal entries for financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Analyze discrepancies in accounts receivable data and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in accounts receivable management using SAP or Oracle systems.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash (OTC) process flow and associated accounting principles.
• Proficiency in creating journal entries for various financial transactions.
• Experience with reconciliation procedures for bank statements.
