Assistant Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Accounting and General Ledger (GL).
• Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and other statutory compliances.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) and customer/vendor ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ageing and outstanding balances.
• Support budgeting, cash flow and working capital management.
• Ensure accurate journal entries, provisions, accruals, depreciation and financial reporting.
• Handle accounting through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, tax laws and company policies.

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Chartered Accountancy (CA) Inter preferred.
