Assistant Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  
• Handle GST returns filing process for the company's e-commerce business.
  
• Maintain TDS compliance by processing tax deductions from employee salaries.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in accountancy or related field (accounting).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of other accounting software such as Tally Prime is an added advantage.
