Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Assistant Key Account Manager E-commerce in the Skincare division. The role involves supporting the management of key e-commerce accounts, including marketplaces and brand-owned online platforms, to drive skincare sales and brand visibility. Daily tasks include monitoring product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory; coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment, content accuracy, and compliance with platform guidelines. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing sales and performance reports, and identifying opportunities for growth through data-driven insights. The Assistant Key Account Manager will collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to optimize online customer experience, manage escalations, and support execution of campaigns aligned with brand and revenue objectives. Qualifications
- Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to support commercial discussions, manage promotions, and help achieve revenue and margin targets on e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working on Amazon ads & managing content.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, monitor competitor activity, and recommend actionable strategies for growth in the skincare category.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders, external platform partners, and to handle account-related queries or escalations professionally.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, including catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination, preferably within FMCG, beauty, or skincare.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience (internship or 1–3 years) in e-commerce account management or sales support is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools; ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in health, wellness, and Ayurveda, with a willingness to learn about the Sri Sri Tattva skincare portfolio and brand values.
