Ability to coordinate with Account Management, Social Media, Design, Video, SEO, Performance Marketing, and other internal teams to resolve execution gaps and manage revisions.
Presentation and reporting skills: assist in preparing and presenting campaign updates and reports to clients.
Execution-related issue identification and proactive task/approval follow-up.

Skills Experience

4 to 5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management or a Digital/Advertising Agency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
On-site availability at Vadodara (Trizone Communications Pvt. Ltd.).
Evaluated on KPIs: Client satisfaction, timely execution, account coordination efficiency, deliverable accuracy, client retention, and internal team coordination.
