Assistant Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations, including monthly GST, TDS, and payroll activities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash requests, and financial reports for management and strategic planning.
• Handle online banking, cash handling, cash expenses, bank transactions, and all banking-related work.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and statutory regulations and coordinate with auditors for auditing and taxation matters.
• Maintain complete accounting records and transactions in SAP.
• Supervise salary/payroll, HR-related work, and company purchases.
• Manage HR statutory compliances, including PF, PT, etc.
• Process and monitor payroll and employee salary-related activities.
• Verify and process sales conveyance claims and employee expense claims.
• Handle personal banking and investment-related activities of promoters with complete confidentiality.

Requiered Qualification & Skills candidate profile

• CA Inter mandatory.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP, Tally, taxation, payroll, banking, and statutory compliance.
• Good coordination skills with auditors, banks, consultants, HR, and management.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
