URGENT HIRING ASST.MANAGER ACCOUNTS

Experience: 6–12 Years
Qualification: CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com (CA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting activities for real estate projects.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS and management reports.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, ledger, vendor and customer accounts.
• Oversee GST, TDS and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns.
• Strong knowledge of taxation and tax compliance is mandatory.
• Support finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
• Monitor project-wise accounting, cost allocation and budgeting.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts team for timely and accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting
Strong knowledge of Taxation, GST & TDS – Mandatory
Experience in Finalization of Accounts & Statutory Compliance
Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP or accounting software
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Strong analytical, communication and team management skills
Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred

Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of Project Accounting, Taxation & Financial Controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Immediate Joiners / Candidates with very short notice period are strongly preferred.
