Assistance Manager Sales & costing

Role & responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in engineering with 5+ years of successful professional experience in sales & supplier costing activities, parts development & purchasing activities etc.
• Good commodity knowledge of Seat covering (PU, PVC & Fabric), Press parts, injection moulding, assembly process, etc.
• Knowledge of RFQs, pricing, commercial negotiation, localization, VA/VE
• Demonstrated ability to do cost analysis and willingness to learn and apply Hyundai Transys thinking to supplier process and value streams.
• Prepare detailed product cost sheets, analyse raw material, labor, overhead & conversion cost
• Review BOM(Bill of material), process costing, profitability improvement.
• Monitor cost fluctuations & recommendations for price revision.
• Support annual price increase/decrease negotiations.

Preferred skills:-

• Recognised Certificate of BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Automobile.
• Working experience in multinational/national automobile companies especially Seat parts.
• Working experiences in Hyundai or KIA or in group companies.
• Current working shouldnt be in Hyundai or KIA or group companies.
