Asset Servicing Associate at A FinTech Company

Responsibilities

• Process corporate actions such as dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, splits, and buybacks.
• Manage entitlement processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.
• Handle exceptions and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Prepare Excel reports, MIS, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Asset Servicing or Corporate Actions.
• Good understanding of the corporate actions lifecycle.
• Knowledge of entitlement processing and reconciliation.
• Experience with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.
• Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and attention to detail.
