Job Description

Vaaman Engineers (I) Ltd. is looking for an experienced AO Head to lead Asset Optimization, Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, TPM, TQM and Business Excellence initiatives at the BALCO Site.

The role will be responsible for improving asset reliability, equipment availability, utilization, OEE and overall plant performance through structured improvement and reliability practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Optimization & Asset Management initiatives.
• Drive TPM, TQM, Business Excellence, Lean & Continuous Improvement programs.
• Develop and monitor asset performance KPIs, OEE and reliability metrics.
• Drive Reliability Engineering, RCA, FMEA, MTBF, MTTR and failure analysis.
• Identify recurring equipment failures and implement RCA & CAPA.
• Improve equipment availability, reliability, maintenance effectiveness and asset utilization.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with Operations, Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation teams.
• Drive Kaizen, 5S, cost optimization and best-practice implementation.
• Support shutdown optimization and development of maintenance/reliability strategies.
• Prepare performance dashboards and management reports for continuous improvement.
