Asset Management Executive

Responsibilities:

Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets including planning, procurement

support, receiving, tagging, allocation, movement, maintenance, refresh,

retirement, and disposal.

• Maintain accurate IT asset records including asset code, serial number,

make/model, configuration, assigned user, location, installation date,

warranty/AMC details, ownership, and status.

• Ensure timely updates in the ITSM/ITAM tool, asset register, and CMDB for all

hardware, software, peripherals, network devices, and end-user computing

assets.

• Coordinate asset allocation and return processes for new joiners, transfers,

exits, device replacement, and business relocations.
