Asset Desk Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of Asset customers (NTB and ETB) to achieve the monthly disbursement target across multiple asset products.
• Generate leads by leveraging existing branch relationships and sourcing new customers.
• Ensure timely follow-up, documentation and lead conversion in coordination with processing teams.
• Support cross-sell initiatives and branch-level marketing activities in coordination with product and marketing teams.
• Assess market potential and provide feedback on product features, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Track portfolio performance, renewals, and retention metrics; support measures to minimize attrition and improve quality of sourcing.
• Provide inputs for sales planning, budgeting, and branch-level asset strategy.
