Asset Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, installation, and maintenance scheduling.
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in asset management processes.
• Provide technical support to end-users on IT assets and resolve issues related to hardware malfunctions.

Job Requirements :

• 0.7-4 years of experience in IT Asset Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of IT procurement procedures and vendor management best practices.
