Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical lessons following standard curriculum and industry standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students practical skills and academic performance.
- Guide and mentor students to prepare them for professional beauty careers.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional training lab environments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Beauty or Bachelor in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching/training experience in the beauty industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong theoretical understanding and practical expertise in contemporary hairdressing, styling, skincare, makeup, and beauty therapy techniques.
- Relocation: Willingness and ability to relocate to Kathmandu.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong passion for student mentorship.
