    • Support content commissioning activities by preparing documentation, assigning task IDs, issuing standard communications, and updating tracking systems.
    • Maintain Statements of Work, budget trackers, and accurate supplier records while responding to routine payment and operational queries.
    • Complete operational templates, recording scripts, media asset briefs, and content production trackers.
    • Compile, organise, and distribute feedback from multiple reviewers, ensuring information is recorded accurately.
    • Support pretesting and live seeding activities by preparing documentation, maintaining records, and tracking content assets.
    • Produce regular operational reports and dashboards relating to content production, workflow progress, content bank status, and budget tracking.
    • Act as a key coordination point between UK teams, freelancers, and suppliers, helping to identify and resolve operational issues to keep delivery on track.

Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of assessment content, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable information, accurate records, and effective operational support throughout the production lifecycle.

    Essential Criteria

    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
    • Experience maintaining trackers, reports, records, file structures, and documentation.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience supporting freelance suppliers or external stakeholders.

    Desirable Criteria

    • Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role.
