Assessment Development Support

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and digitize assessment blueprints on the HirePro tool.
• Create question papers based on customer requirements and prepare them for delivery after SME reviews.
• Digitize customer content on the HirePro platform and convert it into a ready-to-use format.
• Follow established processes and work as per standardized practices and methods.
• Set priorities, analyze issues, and work towards deadlines for question paper deliveries.
• Ensure 100% quality and timely delivery of assessments for various clients.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, SMEs, and co-workers to meet project objectives.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of engineering domains such as ECE, EEE, Mechanical, and Electrical.
• Understanding of the assessment domain and industry.
• Proficiency in computer usage and online SAAS tools.
• Exposure to MIS-related activities is an added advantage.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage priorities and work within strict timelines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements.

Education: Graduate or preferably Engineering Graduate (ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Electrical)
