Role & responsibilities

• Join metal and mechanical parts using hand tools, power tools, and appropriate equipment.
• Read Drawings: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams to plan assembly operations.
• Quality Control: Check component dimensions, clearances, alignments, and tolerances using precision measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify assembly defects, fitting issues, or basic mechanical problems.
• Maintenance & Safety: Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and 5S workplace cleanliness practices.
