Role & responsibilities
Position: Junior Engineer
Department: Regional Assembly Process and Cost Estimation (Business Planning)
Responsibilities
- Design and modify welding line layouts for New RFQs and ECRs.
- Develop detailed process flow charts for assemblies for New RFQs and ECRs
- Prepare cost estimation sheets as per assembly process considering line requirements.
- Coordinate with plant teams to optimize welding lines.
- Ensure production requirements are met.
- Collaborate with different departments for smooth operations.
- Communicate with overseas Gestamp teams and manage local projects.
Participate in joint discussions with R&D and update welding process accordingly
