The role requires strong technical expertise in electronics assembly, production planning, process improvement, quality systems, and people management.The candidate will lead assembly teams, optimize manufacturing processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and achieve production targets while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.This position demands a hands-on leader who can effectively collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Stores, Supply Chain, and Management teams to deliver customer commitments.

• Lead and manage day-to-day assembly operations to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor assembly processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machines, tools, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across assembly lines.
