Assembly Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet daily production schedules.
• Lead, train, and motivate production operators and team leaders.
• Monitor production performance, efficiency, and output against established targets.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and production procedures.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address production defects or non-conformities.
• Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage workforce allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment breakdowns, and process bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Prepare production reports, shift handover reports, and performance metrics.
