Assembly Engineer

Your Task :

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute assembly operations.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly processes.
• Identify areas for improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Manage manpower effectively to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards.

Your Profile :

• 1-6 years of experience in an automotive industry setting.
• Strong understanding of assembly line planning, coordination, and control principles.
• Ability to develop SOPs and conduct RCA/CAPA investigations.
• Excellent team coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
