Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements
- Managing statutory and internal audits
- Ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Handling monthly/quarterly MIS and management reports
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Working knowledge of accounting standards and financial policies
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
- Expertise in taxation (Direct & Indirect)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and any ERP (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Chartered Accountant (Qualified CA )
- Additional certifications (if any) will be an advantage
