• Manage Prime LAP business via DSA channel only
• Handle average ticket size of 2-3 Cr (deals can go up to 20-25 Cr)
• Drive sourcing, login closures independently
• Work as an Individual Contributor (no team handling)

• Currently SM / RM level professionals in Prime LAP only
• 4-5+ years of solid LAP experience
• Minimum 2 years stability in current/previous organizations
• Strong exposure to high-ticket LAP (75 Lacs - 20 Cr)
• Age limit: Up to 34 years
• ROI knowledge around 10-10.5%.
