ASM For Equipment Finance-SME/MSME- Bangalore-AVP

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, relationship management, and solution selling.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and increase market share.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize operations.
  
• Ensure timely reporting on key metrics such as pipeline size, deal closure rates, and forecast accuracy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-16 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales with expertise in equipment finance (SME/MSME) specifically focused on medical equipment financing or machinery loans.
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through innovative solutions development for complex customers' needs.
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications software solutions for SMEs/MSMEs across various industries including healthcare & life sciences.
• Good Experience in Equipment Finance and machinery Loan is mandatory.
