Role & responsibilities

Implement company marketing schemes, promotional offers, and visibility guidelines at retail shelves.

Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.

Develop the maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales target.

Deliver primary and secondary sales targets, volume goals and revenue growth for the assigned region.

Motivating the team, managing the pipeline, tracking activity.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferably graduates with 3 years' experience in sales.

Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales.
