AS-400 Senior Developer

• Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400 applications.
• Work on RPGILE, Free Format RPGLE, COBOL, and DB2 development.
• Design and integrate Web Services.
• Perform impact analysis, coding, testing, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Experience

• 4 to 9 years of hands-on AS400 development experience.
• Strong knowledge of RPGILE, Free Format RPGLE, COBOL, and DB2.
• Experience with IBM iSeries / AS400 platform.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
