Artificial Intelligence Lead Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that deliver real business value. The role involves working with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to build intelligent systems using cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models. • Work on NLP, Computer Vision, or Large Language Models (LLMs) projects. • Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, testing, and evaluation. • Deploy models into production and optimize performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and deliver AI driven solutions. • Apply MLOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for model lifecycle management. • Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable AI/ML deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field. • Strong programming skills in Python. • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar ML frameworks. • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and/or Computer Vision. • Experience in model deployment and performance tuning. • Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud environments. • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
