AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy

AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions across our fleet and shore operations. This role will focus on building

production-ready AI systems , enabling

data-driven decision-making , and driving

intelligent automation across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities 🔹 Develop and deploy AI/ML models for business applications 🔹 Build

Generative AI solutions (LLMs, chatbots, copilots, RAG systems) 🔹 Integrate AI with

ERP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise systems 🔹 Develop AI-powered APIs, backend services, and web applications 🔹 Design data pipelines and manage structured & unstructured datasets 🔹 Deploy and manage models on

Azure AI / OpenAI platforms 🔹 Implement automation using

Microsoft Power Platform (RPA) 🔹 Ensure compliance with

data security & ISO standards 🔹 Monitor AI performance, scalability, and optimization

Required Skills & Experience ✅ 3–7 years in AI/ML development with production deployments ✅ Strong Python skills with TensorFlow / PyTorch ✅ Hands-on experience with

Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, copilots) ✅ Experience with

Azure AI / OpenAI or similar cloud platforms ✅ Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications & APIs ✅ Strong understanding of data pipelines and real-world datasets

Qualifications 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering 🎓 Master’s in AI / Data Science (preferred)

Preferred Background ✔ Maritime industry or IT services experience ✔ Exposure to vessel data, IoT, and operational systems
