Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models that enhance asset recovery workflows, vendor matching, and auction optimization. Responsibilities include building and training machine learning and deep learning models, implementing pattern recognition algorithms, and applying NLP techniques to process and analyze operational data. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions, integrating models into production systems, and monitoring their performance for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring close coordination with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience in building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including model design, training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially in text classification, information extraction, and conversational interfaces.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and related libraries.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate effectively in cross-functional, data-driven teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on building ethical, reliable, and maintainable AI systems.
• Exposure to fintech, asset recovery, or marketplace platforms is an advantage but not mandatory.
