Role Description This is a full-time Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in New Delhi in a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models to support investment research, risk assessment, and decision-making workflows. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning pipelines, implementing neural network architectures, and applying pattern recognition techniques to financial and business datasets. The role involves developing and maintaining production-grade software components, integrating AI models into internal tools, and collaborating with investment and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The engineer will also explore and apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods to unstructured data such as reports, filings, and market news, while documenting models, evaluating performance, and iterating based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model design, training, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Software Development for AI/ML solutions (e.g., Python, relevant ML frameworks, version control, testing, and deployment).
• Practical exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially for analyzing text-based or unstructured data.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience working with real-world datasets, preferably in financial services, investments, or related analytical domains.
• Ability to translate business and investment problems into clear technical tasks and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a small, fast-paced team environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.
