Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world business applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, good knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI application development.

The candidate will work closely with engineering and business teams to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML applications using Python.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
• Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using documents, databases, and vector stores.
• Develop and integrate AI Agents and agentic workflows.
• Work with LLM APIs and AI frameworks.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.
• Develop APIs and backend services for AI applications.
• Integrate AI models with existing applications and business systems.
• Work with vector databases and embedding models.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, accuracy, and cost.
• Deploy AI/ML applications using cloud or containerized environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI applications in production.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product teams.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
• Knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and embeddings.
• Understanding of RAG architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs / FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
• Good understanding of software development and debugging.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI.
• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
• Experience with Hugging Face / Transformers.
• Deep Learning using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• AWS / Azure / GCP.
• MLflow or other MLOps tools.
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech AI.
• Experience deploying AI applications in production.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
• Strong Python programming and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML applications or projects.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical AI solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Candidates with strong GenAI/LLM projects and relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.
