This role is for a senior technology leader who builds AI-based products and guides teams on how to use AI effectively in large software applications.
Think of it as a mix of:

What will this person do?
Build AI-powered applications using technologies like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
Design systems where AI can search company data, understand questions, and provide accurate answers (RAG - Retrieval Augmented Generation).
Develop AI agents that can perform multiple tasks and make decisions step-by-step.
Integrate AI models into products used by customers in legal, tax, risk, and compliance domains.
Decide the overall technical architecture and guide engineering teams on best practices.
Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate new AI technologies.
Ensure AI systems are secure, ethical, compliant, and perform well at scale.
Mentor engineers and influence product direction.
Work closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Architects, and Leadership teams.
