Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deploy LLM, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead Multi-Agent System design and end-to-end architecture.
• Architect and implement enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Foundry for model orchestration, deployment, and evaluation.
• Optimize AI/GenAI/Agentic AI models for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with Cloud infrastructure, APIs, and backend systems.
• Drive AI development using modern AI SDLC tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex).
• Build and deploy scalable solutions utilizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive technical solutioning while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to AgentOps, AI governance, security, ethics, and responsible AI practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience: 8+ years of total software/AI engineering experience with hands-on AI/GenAI expertise.
• Core Tech: Python, LangChain, LangGraph.
• AI Expertise: LLMs, Generative AI, RAG Architecture, Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems.
• Platforms & Tools: Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Foundry.
• DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud & API integration.

Enterprise AI Platforms (Experience with one or more)

• Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft AI Foundry
• AWS Bedrock / AgentCore / AgentBricks
• Databricks Mosaic AI
• Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform / Agent Studio
• Snowflake Cortex Agents

Preferred Background & Soft Skills

• Strong foundation in Data Engineering, Data Science, or data-focused software engineering (2+ years of data project experience is a strong advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Track record of mentoring technical teams, collaborating across business functions, and owning end-to-end delivery.
