Role & responsibilities :
Overall, 5+ years of experience and 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, automation, data engineering, or applied AI delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, or AI-enabled workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Python or another modern programming language and experience with APIs, SDKs, Git-based workflows, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications or internal AI solutions in production environments.
- Understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, secure development, responsible AI, and controlled data access.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, enterprise search, vector databases, and cloud-native delivery.
