Alongside our client work, we're building toward our own original entertainment slate: AI-driven characters and short-form, character-led series for digital audiences. Every project runs through a disciplined pipeline — concept, script, AI generation, editing, sound, and final grade treating AI as a serious filmmaking tool, not a shortcut. About the Role We're hiring an AI Developer with a strong visual and artistic sensibility to build and operate the generative pipelines behind our ad films and entertainment content. This is not a pure engineering role; you'll need to think like a technologist and a visual artist at once, since everything you build is judged the way any film is: does it look right, does it feel right, does it move people?

Scope of Work

• Build, fine-tune, and run AI pipelines for visual and video generation — image, motion, and character consistency
• Work hands-on with our production stack (Sync.so, ElevenLabs, Magnific) and continuously evaluate new generative models as they emerge
• Translate creative briefs and scripts into AI-generated visuals that meet a genuine cinematic quality bar, not just technically correct, but emotionally right
• Maintain consistent AI character design and visual style across multiple client projects and our own original content
• Collaborate closely with scriptwriters and the creative team to move concepts from page to finished frame
• Own the technical workflow end-to-end from reference image through generation, upscaling, and final render
• Contribute to Thirai's growing library of proprietary AI characters and visual styles, as we build toward original entertainment

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image/video (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar)
• Strong visual and aesthetic judgment — a background in art direction, cinematography, animation, or design is a genuine plus
• Comfort with prompt engineering specifically for visual and video generation
• A portfolio of AI-generated art or video work this matters more to us than a formal degree Good to Have:
• Experience in ad film or commercial production
• Familiarity with video editing tools
• Interest in multilingual content production
