We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer (Agent Developer) – Lead to lead the architecture, development, and quality of enterprise-grade Agentic AI and LLM solutions.

Role: AI/ML Engineer (Agent Developer) – Lead
Experience: 10+ Years
Skills: AI/ML | LLM | Agentic AI | RAG | Prompt Engineering | Python | LLM Evaluation

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with production LLM systems

• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, Agent Development, LLM Integration

• Experience architecting and scaling RAG pipelines

• Strong knowledge of Agent Evaluation, Hallucination Testing, Confidence Scoring & Regression Testing

• Expert-level Python skills

• Experience with AI/ML team leadership and mentoring

• Strong understanding of LLM cost optimization, token budgeting, latency and performance optimization

• TypeScript/Node.js experience is a plus

• Exposure to MCP, tool calling, Enterprise AI platforms, ITSM/IT Operations is an added advantag
