- Lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions with 7–10 years of hands-on experience across Data Science and AI in Banking Domain (Loan Origination/ Loan Management, Loan Collections/Lending).
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLMOps.
- Proven experience designing and building Agentic AI systems, AI agents, tool calling, MCP, memory, and multi-agent architectures.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, feature engineering, ETL/ELT, databases, and distributed data processing.
- Experience with AutoML, model experimentation, optimization, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML system architecture, scalability, performance optimization, cloud, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Ability to independently drive product design, AI solution design, architecture, POCs, and production implementations.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using modern AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and deployment technologies.
- Lead technical teams, mentor engineers/data scientists, make architecture decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable AI products.
