Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI technologies? We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Analyst to help drive AI adoption, innovation, and governance across the organisation.
Location: Pune, India
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft M365 Copilot and AI solutions across the business.
- Deliver AI and Copilot training sessions to end users and stakeholders.
- Identify AI use cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value.
- Analyse data and generate insights to improve AI adoption and effectiveness.
- Monitor AI solution performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, regulations, and trends, including AI governance and compliance.
- Prepare presentations and reports on AI initiatives, findings, and recommendations.
- Explore new AI capabilities and recommend innovative solutions for the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or related domains.
Knowledge of AI frameworks/tools such as:
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Scikit-learn
Programming skills in one or more of:
- Python
- R
- Java
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Agents, Generative AI, and AI Governance.
Understanding of AI regulations and ethical AI practices.
Experience delivering training or user adoption programmes.
