Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Python, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and build scalable, intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Build AI-powered applications using Python and relevant AI frameworks.
• Work on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Explore Agentic AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Integrate AI models with applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate model performance, improve accuracy, and optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with data science, software engineering, and business teams.
• Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and follow AI development best practices.
• Deploy AI solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, software development, or related technical fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Good understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and neural networks.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and application integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms and production deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
