Job Summary

Sukoon Health is seeking a qualified Art Therapist to support patients through structured art-based therapeutic interventions in inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) settings. The role focuses on improving emotional expression, mental well-being, and psychological recovery while working closely with clinical teams to deliver patient-centric care in line with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds of IPD setup
• Keep residents engaged through activities
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical care as directed by Sukoon Health
• Conduct OPD at Sukoon Health
• Execute clinical program as directed by Centre Head and Medical Director
• Suggest and recommend strategies for the improvement of the organization
• Collaborate with other departments when needed
• Maintain a patient-first approach
• Help in PR activities through workshops and CMEs

Key Requirements & Competencies

Education & Certification

• Masters degree in psychology
• Diploma or Certification in Art Therapy (mandatory)

Experience

• 02 years of experience in Art Therapy
• Experience in mental health, rehabilitation, or clinical settings preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Art Therapy techniques and creative therapeutic interventions
• Patient engagement and activity planning
• Emotional intelligence and empathy
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to customize therapy plans based on individual patient needs
• Multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Ethical clinical practice and confidentiality adherence
