Role - Jr. Art Director / Motion Graphic designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a *Jr. Art Director* with a strong visual sense and a passion for creating impactful advertising and brand communication. The role involves working closely with the creative and account teams to develop concepts and bring ideas to life across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts, visual ideas, and campaign executions across digital, social, print, OOH, and other media.

- Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account Managers to develop creative solutions.

- Translate briefs into strong visual concepts while maintaining brand guidelines.

- Create mood boards, references, layouts, and visual directions for campaigns.

- Work on pitch presentations and new business concepts.

- Collaborate with designers, motion artists, video teams, and other creative specialists.

- Take feedback positively and refine creative work based on client and internal inputs.

- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines are met.

Key Skills

- Strong visualisation and conceptual thinking

- Good understanding of design, typography, composition, and color

- Strong knowledge of advertising and digital trends

- Ability to develop ideas from concept to execution

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with teams

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools

Experience

13 years of experience in an advertising, creative, digital, or branding agency.
